Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Minimum Order: 
  • We require a minimum purchase of $75.00 worth of merchandise for all web orders.
  • We do NOT charge minimum purchase fees.

Tax on Merchandise:

  • A sales tax of four percent (4%) is charged to all shipments received in the State of Alabama.

Returns and Special Order Purchases:

  • All SPECIAL ORDER sales are FINAL.
  • Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement.
  • If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for ALL shipping costs.
  • Merchandise may NOT be returned without a return authorization number.
  • Requests for returns must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of shipment.
  • You are responsible for all freight charges incurred to return merchandise.
  • The merchandise must be in its original packaging and/or shipping carton and must be in new condition.
  • If you believe your order is incorrect or short, please contact us immediately.
  • A restocking charge of fifteen percent (15%) applies to all returned merchandise.

Shipping Charges:

  • We will determine the most efficient shipping method for you unless you note a shipping preference with your order.   We strive to provide our customers with the most cost effective and time sensitive shipping method for your product and your need.
  • If additional shipping charges may be incurred (i.e., oversize box, residence delivery charge, etc.) we will notify you prior to shipping for approval of the additional charges and/or to discuss an alternative shipping method.
  • Please remember to inspect all packages IMMEDIATELY upon receipt.
  • If your merchandise is damaged, please contact the shipper.  REMEMBER:  You are signing not only that you have received the merchandise, BUT also that it was received in GOOD CONDITION!

Freight Charges:

  • Prices are F.O.B. origin.
  • If your merchandise must be shipped by truck or freight line, we will notify you of the cost and obtain your approval prior to sending your order.
  • Alpha Store Fixtures does not accept responsibility for damage to merchandise resulting from negligence or mishandling by a common carrier.
